Abstract

The present invention relates to cooking wine containing allium hookeri and jaggery, or allium hookeri, jaggery, and grapefruit seed extracts, and a method for producing the cooking wine. The present invention may provide cooking wine which is made by utilizing a natural and functional ingredient by including allium hookeri extracts having an anti-bacterial activation effect and a deodorizing effect on a peculiar smell of meat or fish, jaggery which is a hypoglycemic index sweetener, and grapefruit seed extracts which can extend the expiry date of food.
