Abstract

A rapid detection and identification method of nucleic acid label tags is disclosed. A nucleic acid label tag including a nucleotide-support platform attached to a nucleic acid molecule is generated or selected, after which is fixed in or on an item or seeded in an area of interest. A sample is obtained from a surface of an item having possibility of labeling and an initial screen is performed by using a universal primer for determining which sample has a nucleic acid tag. A multiplex screen is performed to a test sample which is positive to the nucleic acid tag in order to identify which one of the nucleic acid tags exists in or on the item which is a subject of interest.
