Abstract

The invention discloses a method for simultaneously determining contents of alpha-tocopherol and squalene in multiple vegetable oils. The method comprises the following steps: (1), preparation of a test article solution without a saponification treatment: directly dissolving and determining; (2), determination of the contents of the alpha-tocopherol and the squalene: simultaneously determining the contents of the alpha-tocopherol and the squalene by utilizing a high performance liquid chromatography process and double wavelengths of a diode array detector, respectively performing high performance liquid chromatographic separation and determination on test article solutions of four vegetable oils to respectively obtain the peak area of the alpha-tocopherol under the 285 nm wavelength and the peak area of the squalene under the 210 nm wavelength, calculating the contents of the alpha-tocopherol and the squalene in a test article according to a standard curve, and combining the mass of the test article to calculate so as to obtain the contents of the alpha-tocopherol and the squalene in the four vegetable oils. The method for simultaneously determining the contents of the alpha-tocopherol and the squalene in the multiple vegetable oil has the advantages of simplicity, strong operability, good reproducibility and high accuracy.
