Abstract

The invention relates to a molecular marker associated with a wheat flour aqueous solvent retention force and a molecular marking method. The molecular marker is an amplified fragment obtained by virtue of PCR (polymerase chain reaction) amplification by using wheat genome DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) as a substrate and using gwm642-1D as an SSR primer, and is used for detecting the characteristics of the wheat flour aqueous solvent retention force; different allelic variations of the marker can be used for explaining 10.57-15.68% of the character phenotypic variation, wherein a strip with the molecular weight of 202bp has an synergistic effect of improving the wheat flour aqueous solvent retention force; a strip with the molecular weight of 188bp has the synergistic effect of reducing the wheat flour aqueous solvent retention force. The application provides a feasible route for molecular marker assisted selection of the wheat flour aqueous solvent retention force in high-quality breeding.
