Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve or alleviate problems such as channel access delay, channel utilization rate and subchannel acquisition probability by respective communication devices, with respect to a communication system in which frame communications among devices are carried out randomly via channels having a plurality of subchannels.
SOLUTION: A device to transmit frames including data packets transmits network context information, related to communications among devices by using same capacity of subchannels as that of channels (310). The device that acquired the frames transmitted from other devices accumulates a plurality of network context information in a plurality of the frames (312), and provides the feedback information to the device that transmitted the frames on the basis thereof (314). This allows each device to prevent conflicts from being generated, with respect to utilization of identical subchannel among a plurality of other devices that are in a state of being communicatable with own device.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
