Abstract

The invention relates to an optical sensor intended to receive electromagnetic waves, comprising: at least one optical fibre; and at least one membrane of subwavelength thickness, made from lithium niobate (LiNbO3) or lithium tantalate (LiTaO3), pierced with a group of subwavelength openings, and assembled to one of the ends of the optical fibre in the fibre core region.
