a) culturing the Microbulbifer strain of claim 1 at a temperature of from 12 to 20°C,
b) separating cells from the culture medium, in the stationary phase, by centrifugation, thereby obtaining a supernatant and a bacterial pellet,
c) pouring in CH2Cl2 the supernatant obtained in step b) and incubating it during at least 12 hours,
d) mechanically lysing the bacterial pellet obtained in step b) and incubating the lysed bacterial pellet in CH2Cl2 during at least 12 hours, thereby obtaining a second CH2Cl2 extract,
