Abstract

The present invention provides a sex-selected insemination technique for mammalian with a few spermoblasts, especially a technique for executing artificial insemination with an enforceable mode in commerce and a sperm dosage which is thought to unrealizable in commerce previously for reproducing the sex-selected mammalian progeny. The invention also realizes the superovulation and multiple fetuses generation for obtaining the sex-selected fetus through adopting the classifying technique of sperm sexuality selection. The insemination technique is combined with the technique which comprises thetechnique for improving exotheca liquid and other techniques for minimizing spermoblast pressure, improvides the sperm collecting system and collecting technique, and realizes the application of sperm sample and the reproduced mammalian in commerce.
