Abstract
A system, apparatus and method characterize a user with properties, including data in proximity and mobility of a mobile device pertaining to the location and browsing activities at a juncture. A data storage medium maintains a database of information used in an ascertainment process; through the mobile device in possession, a user is ascertained with the pertinence of an account associated with the mobile device and operations entailing user identity.
Claims
- A method of ascertaining operations pertaining to a mobile device associated account according to mobile device data, comprising:
- associating a mobile device with an account, or a financial issued account, through recording in a database a mobile device pertinent identifier with an account number, or code pertaining to the account number; obtaining through a network information of an operation pertaining to payment to a receiving party with the mobile device associated account; or, obtaining through a network information of a transaction pertaining to payment to a receiving party with the mobile device associated account; or, obtaining through a network information pertaining to actuation of an apparatus in change of operative state with the mobile device associated account; sending a message to request for proximity data from the mobile device, comprising the present geographic location of the mobile device, or one or more geographic locations of the mobile device memory stored blockchains path, or a detected present list of short-range wireless access points available for communicative linkage to the mobile device, or identifier of a communicatively linked short-range wireless access point; or, sending a message to request for mobility data from the mobile device, comprising records pertaining to web sites browsed during a time period, or record of mobile device associated account pertinent message transported to a receiving node, or record of a code for performing an operation; receiving through a network proximity data of the mobile device; or, receiving through a network mobility data of the mobile device; determining the pertinence of the mobile device associated account and the operation with respect to the juncture of the operation; sending through a network the result to one or more receiving nodes.
- The method of claim 1 , obtaining information pertaining to an operation, comprising:
- receiving information pertaining to payment for purchase from an online store with a mobile device associated account through a web site; or, receiving information pertaining to transfer of payment from a mobile device associated account to a receiving account through a web site.
- The method of claim 1 , obtaining information pertaining to a transaction, comprising:
- receiving from the mobile device the geographic information, or a list of short-range wireless access points available for communicative linkage at the transaction location, or identifier of a communicatively linked short-range wireless access point, recorded at, or having a smallest difference in time with, the juncture of the operation; or, receiving from an access device the geographic information, or a list of short-range wireless access points available for communicative linkage at the transaction location, or identifier of a short-range wireless access point, recorded at, or having a smallest difference in time with, the juncture of the operation.
- The method of claim 4, further comprising:
- sending to the access device the mobile device pertinent geographic information, or a list of short-range wireless access points available for communicative linkage at the transaction location, or identifier of a communicatively linked short-range wireless access point, recorded recorded by the mobile device at, or having a smallest difference in time with, the juncture of the operation; or, sending to the mobile device the access device pertinent geographic information, or a list of short-range wireless access points available for communicative linkage at the transaction location, or identifier of a short- range wireless access point, recorded by the access device at, or having a smallest difference in time with, the juncture of the operation.
- The method of claim 1 , obtaining information pertaining to actuation of an apparatus in change of operative state, comprising:
- receiving the geographic location, or a list of short-range wireless access points available for communicative linkage, pertaining to a building location disposed with a door lock as an apparatus; receiving information, from a control device or the mobile device, pertaining to actuating a change of operative state of the door lock at the building location with a mobile device associated account, wherein the operative state change includes locked versus unlocked.
- The method of claim 1 , obtaining information pertaining to actuation of an apparatus in change of operative state, further comprising:
- receiving information pertaining to actuating a change of operative state of a door lock system of a vehicle with a mobile device associated account, wherein the operative state change includes locked versus unlocked; or, receiving information pertaining to actuating a change of operative state of a vehicle starter system with a mobile device associated account, wherein the operative state change includes operating versus not operating.
- The method of claim 1 , receiving proximity data from the mobile device, comprising any one or combination of:
- receiving the present geographic location of the mobile device; receiving the identifier of a communicatively linked short-range wireless access point; receiving the present list of short-range wireless access points available for communicative linkage to the mobile device.
- The method of claim 1 , receiving mobility data from the mobile device, comprising any one of:
- receiving the records pertaining to web sites browsed during a time period, including the time at which the online operation was performed; receiving a record of mobile device associated account pertinent message transported to a receiving node; receiving a record of a code for performing an operation, wherein the code is generated, or imported, by the mobile device or an imbedded client application.
- The method of claim 1 , determining the pertinence of the mobile device associated account and the operation with respect to the juncture of the operation, comprising any one or combination of:
- receiving the web site(s) pertaining to an operation; receiving and recording the geographic location of a terminal device; or, receiving the geographic location of a control device; verifying the relevance of mobile device sent web browsing records pertaining to the juncture of the operation to the operation entailed web site(s).
- The method of claim 1 , determining the pertinence of the mobile device associated account and the operation with respect to the juncture of the operation, further comprising any one or combination of:
- ascertaining the inclusion of an access point installed at the location of operation in the mobile device sent present list of short-range wireless access points recorded at, or having a smallest difference in time with, the juncture of the operation; ascertaining the identifier of a mobile device communicatively linked short- range wireless access point recorded at, or having a smallest difference in time with, the juncture of the operation; determining whether a distance of the geographic location of the mobile device recorded at, or having a smallest difference in time with, the juncture of the operation, from the geographic location of location of operation is within or exceeds a proximity threshold; determining whether a distance of a user block chains path pertinent geographic location, projected on the basis of the geographic location recorded at a time having a smallest difference with the juncture of the operation, from the geographic location of location of operation is within or exceeds a proximity threshold.
- 1 1 . The method of claim 1 , determining the pertinence of the mobile device associated account and the operation with respect to the juncture of the operation, further comprising any one or combination of: verifying the existence of a record of sent message of money transfer pertaining to the mobile device associated account; verifying the existence of a mobile device memory stored record of a generated or imported code for performing an operation.
- The method of claim 1 , sending the result to one or more receiving nodes, comprising any one or combination of:
- sending the verifying relevance of mobile device sent web browsing records pertaining to the operation; sending the ascertained inclusion of an access point installed at the location of operation in the mobile device sent present list of short-range wireless access points recorded at, or having a smallest difference in time with, the juncture of the operation; sending the determined distance of the geographic location of the mobile device recorded at, or having a smallest difference in time with, the juncture of the operation, from the geographic location of location of operation is within or exceeds a proximity threshold; sending the determined distance of a user block chains path pertinent geographic location, projected on the basis of the geographic location recorded at a time having a smallest difference with the juncture of the operation, from the geographic location of location of operation is within or exceeds a proximity threshold; sending the verified relevance of one or more mobile device sent geographic locations to recorded mobile device sent geographic locations attributing to a user blockchains path; sending the verified existence of a record of sent message of money transfer pertaining to the mobile device associated account; sending the verified existence of a mobile device memory stored record of a generated or imported code for performing an operation; sending a blockchains code tagged to a unitary currency in payment transfer.
- The method of claim 1 , sending the result to one or more receiving nodes, further including sending an alert pertaining to an operation determined as invalid, comprising any one or combination of:
- notifying any one or combination of distinct groups of receiving nodes through sending a message via a network to a mobile device or computing device, wherein the message comprising: an Email, a signal, an instant communication message, an automatic telephone voice, a multimedia message; notifying selected users among the first group of receiving nodes, comprising the tenant, landlord, property operator, facility operator, employee and visitor; notifying selected users among the second group of receiving nodes, comprising the acquirer bank, account issuer bank, merchant, payment network; sending signals/data to a communicatively linked access device as the third receiving node during a triggered alert, which receives the alert signal and denies a change in operative state from locked to unlocked, or from operating to non-operating; recording a triggered alert in the processing system memory.
- The method of claim 1 , the one or more receiving nodes, comprising:
- • processor and memory mounted application server or control system of an issuer bank managing a mobile device associated account;
- • processor and memory mounted application server or control system of an acquirer bank managing a merchant associated account;
- • processor and memory mounted application server or control system of an institute managing a user account; control device controlling an apparatus; mobile device of a user of a mobile device associated account.
- The method of claim 1 , an account, or a financial issued account,
- comprising any one of:
- bank account issued by a bank; credit card account issued by a bank; credit card account issued by a payment network; debit card account issued by a financial institute; employee account issued by an employee company; membership account issued by a club
- • payment card issued by a financial institute; residential account issued by a property landlord; tenancy account issued by a bank a hotel, or lodging facility; vehicle account issued by a vehicle owner; vehicle rental customer account issued by a vehicle rental company.
- A system of ascertaining account pertinent operations according to the data of the account associated mobile device, comprising:
- • processor mounted application server; memory, working with or within the communicatively coupled processor mounted application servers, storing instructions and coding, when executed by the processor, is configured to perform operations of the following; associating a mobile device with an account, or a financial issued account, through recording in a database a mobile device pertinent identifier with an account number, or code pertaining to the account number; obtaining through a network information of an operation pertaining to payment to a receiving party with the mobile device associated account; or, obtaining through a network information of a transaction pertaining to payment to a receiving party with the mobile device associated account; or, obtaining through a network information pertaining to actuation of an apparatus in change of operative state with the mobile device associated account; sending a message to request for the present geographic location of the control device; or, sending a message to request for proximity data from the mobile device, comprising the present geographic location of the mobile device, or one or more geographic locations of the mobile device memory stored blockchains path, or a detected present list of short-range wireless access points available for communicative linkage to the mobile device, or identifier of a communicatively linked short-range wireless access point; or,
- sending a message to request for mobility data from the mobile device, comprising records pertaining to web sites browsed during a time period, or record of mobile device associated account pertinent message transported to a receiving node, or record of a code for performing an operation;
- receiving through a network the present geographic location of a control device; or,
- receiving through a network proximity data of the mobile device; or, receiving through a network mobility data of the mobile device; or, determining the pertinence of the mobile device associated account and the operation with respect to the juncture of the operation;
- sending through a network the result to one or more receiving nodes.
