Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the sequences of a DNA and protein, associated with the conventionally unknown member of a hemopoietin receptor super family.
SOLUTION: The mouse-originated polynucleotide encoding an MU-1 hemopoietin receptor super family chain, human-originated polynucleotide encoding the MU-1 hemopoietin receptor super family chain, isolated MU-1 protein containing an amino acid sequence having the biological activity of a mouse MU-1 hemopoietin receptor super family chain, and isolated MU-1 protein containing an amino acid sequence having the biological activity of a human MU-1 hemopoietic receptor super family chain are provided.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
