c) a nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleic acid sequence that is degenerate as a result of the genetic code to the sequences as defined in (a) and (b) above;\nthe method comprising the steps of:\n
i) providing a sample comprising a plant cell wherein said plant cell is derived from a plant that does not express a sprouting/precocious germination phenotype; and\n
